in the Old Testament for Àcaf the son of Brakhya Allawy. Daoud made Brakhya the greatest singer

In Lebanon, Àcaf is a family name derived from the Shabaks’ who were in Bikfaya before Keserwan’s
destruction. When the Mamelouks have occupied the region in 1307 A.D., those who survived from this
family went to Tripoli, and then they liberated those who were captured, so they were named
the liberated and each individual was named the liberated.
One of the captured Shabaks’ lived after his liberation in Al Majdal (Al Aakoura) then he gets married
with a girl from this village. During elderly, he was telling his sons histories about his family. Then his
grandsons got these histories. His grandsons immigrated from Al Majdal to Aramoun (Keserwan).
